A two-day exhibition, organized by the Ministry of Health (MoH) in conjunction with the celebration of Mental Health Day 2022, will run until today at the Atrium of the mall, Gadong.

The event, which kicked off yesterday, is themed “Making mental health and wellbeing for all a global priority”. The exhibition aims to encourage the public to prioritize mental health and well-being.

The ministry said this can be achieved by participating in meaningful activities such as spending time with family, exercising and getting enough rest. Additionally, reciting zikir and meditating regularly are also helpful, he added.

The exhibition is organized in collaboration with the Mental Health Strategy Unit of the Center for Health Promotion, the Department of Psychiatric Services and the Division of Community Psychology and Clinical Psychology, as well as Talian Harapan with the support of the Religious Understanding and Counseling Unit (KAFA) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and non-governmental organizations related to mental health and well-being empowerment, such as Cope For Hope, Demensia Brunei, Empowerior, Council of Brunei Youth, Brunei Darussalam Red Crescent Society and The Collective.
