Early detection is essential in the fight against breast cancer, so access to screening is of crucial importance. This work continues during the COVID-19 pandemic. To accommodate women who need to have a mammogram, health centers in northern Nevada continually crisscross the state and stop in local communities.

Mammography screenings are primarily intended for women 40 years of age and over; however, screenings will be provided to those under the age of 40 who have a recommendation for screening from a provider.
