Today, Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin and Metropolitan Chicago, Inc., announced the appointment of Clayton Pryor as Chef de Mission. As a member of the leadership team, Pryor will build on Goodwill’s strategic vision and provide operational leadership that paves the way for the sustained impact of the organization’s mission and its long-term growth strategy. run in Southeastern Wisconsin and the Chicago metropolis.

Pryor comes to Goodwill with nearly 15 years of experience creating jobs, revitalizing neighborhoods and building sustainable communities. In his previous role at Advocate Aurora Health, he led the learning and workforce development departments of team members. Prior to joining Advocate Aurora Health, Pryor was Director of Workforce Development at the Chicago Urban League.

Throughout his career, Clayton’s portfolio of work has been dedicated to building career paths in underserved communities by providing job skills and training to prepare candidates for a variety of industry sectors. His leadership has been instrumental in the development of local, regional and national initiatives that foster careers, establish career paths, advance skilled workers and invest in equitable outcomes.

Pryor received his Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Public Policy Administration from Lewis University. He also earned a Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida.
