The National Health Mission (NHM) Punjab is recruiting 779 Community Health Officers (CHOs), Physicians (MOs), Pharmacists and Clinic Assistants.

Eligible and interested candidates can apply online no later than the last date on the university website bfuhs.ac.in.

A total of 779 vacancies are available including 350 for Community Health Workers, 109 for Pharmacists, 109 for Clinical Assistants and 231 for Doctors on nhm.punjab.gov.in.

NHM Punjab Recruitment 2022: Educational Qualification

CHO: B.Sc Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with integrated bridging program from the Community Health Certificate course into the curriculum of a recognized institute/university. Registered with the Punjab Nursing Registration Council. or B.Sc in Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institute/university with a 6 month course of Community Health Certificate from a recognized institute/university. Registered with the Punjab Nursing Registration Council. or Ayurvedic Practitioner (BAMS) from a recognized university or statutory state board and registration in the state register or central register of Ayurveda with a 6 month course of certificate in community health from an institute/ recognized university. or B.Sc in Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institute/university. Registered with the Punjab Nursing Registration Council. Or Ayurveda practitioner (BAMS) from any recognized university or statutory state board and registration in the state register or central register of Ayurveda.

Pharmacist: Diploma in pharmacy from a recognized institute. Must be registered as a pharmacist with the Punjab Pharmacy Council. Candidates must have passed the subject of Punjabi up to the matric standard.

Clinical Assistant: Must have passed the 10+2 matriculation exam/exam with science or its equivalent from a recognized university or institution, Must have a comprehensive health worker degree from a recognized university or institution , Must be registered as a multi-purpose health worker with the Punjab Nursing Registration Council and applicants must have passed the Punjabi subject up to the matric standard.

Doctor: MBBS from a recognized university or institution recognized by the Medical Council of India. Applicants must have registered with the Punjab Medical Council/Medical Council of India. Candidates must have passed the subject of Punjabi up to the matric standard.
